A two-piece system allows you to replace just one piece, saving you time and money every time you need to change a filter.
We will come out once per year and change the filters in the drinking system (if they have filters) and look over the systems to verify they are functioning correctly. During this visit we also test the water and bring 6 bags of salt. Cost for this plan will be discussed with you at the time of sale. You can also add this plan at a later date.
We will come out to your home and do an initial onsite consultation and water analysis. We will assess your water issues and concerns and propose a total solution to resolve the issues. We will also look at their plumbing to gather information for installation. If you decide to move forward with the system, we will schedule an installation date. After installation is completed, our owner is personally available by cell phone to the customer for any questions or concerns. As a small business, unlike other water treatment companies, you get top notch customer service as you only deal with the owner!
Clear Choice Water of Kansas is an authorized dealer for Kenai in the state of Kansas. This equipment is made in the USA and is very reliable and efficient. We also use other vendors, such as Pentair products, which are extremely accessible and reliable. These products are also made in the USA.
These applications are handled very similarly to a city water application. The biggest difference is that we will send a water sample to a lab for test results if needed, because well water is not regulated or treated by the city. Depending on your concerns or issues this test will ensure Clear Choice is recommending the correct system to treat the issues. We offer different equipment to address issues caused in well water that aren’t seen in city water supplies.
We will come out and inspect any make and model. After the inspection, we will be able to let the customer know if we can provide parts or service on the current equipment they have. Unfortunately, there are a lot of companies that come and go and then the customers can’t service their existing equipment and are left abandoned. We will do our best to help each customer out in these situations. Some customers decide to start over fresh with Clear Choice Water, ensuring they are taken care of now and in the future for their needs.
We will first do a water analysis on the spot and see what those results are. This will help us understand if the current equipment is functioning properly. We will look over the drinking system to see if we can get the filters on that model and check for leaks. A lot of times we are able to determine whether we can get the filters on the spot by just looking at them. Other times we may need to contact our supplier to get that answer. We also do an inspection of the water softener and check for leaks and go through the settings on the system.

The 10 year warranty starts the day of installation. As long as you service your equipment as recommended and keep it up to date, the 10 year warranty covers the equipment. If you make alterations to the equipment or don’t keep it up to date on service, it could void the warranty coverage. If we inspect a system and something needs to be warrantied, we will resolve the issue with you–you do not have to contact the manufacturer!
